Recently one of our clients, who came from America to study Russian, sent me an email about his experience studying Russian.
We often receive many emails from clients who have came and stayed with us. As an American myself, I understand the importance of service, especially in the industry that we are in. I am also very interested in my clients well being while they are here and their opinion after they have left. So I am always glad to receive letters and emails.
