I established ALM after having taught in various schools in Russia and abroad. As an American who arrived in Russia without understanding a word of Russian, I understand the needs of students coming to a foreign land. I have studied French, Spanish, Japanese and after living in France, Sweden, and Russia for extended periods of time, I understand the needs of students arriving in Russia. Class should not just be language lessons but language training. Courses are not only fun and educational, but also provide the quickest method for learning with professional teachers. Our approach has attracted members of other "English Language Schools" to attend our classes to learn some of our methods and approaches.
Furthermore as a foreigner doing business in Russia, those coming from abroad always have a native English speaker ready to help them. They have a person in which understands them and their culture and can expect the type of high quality service they are used to receiving at home.
Russians are also becoming attracted to our western style management and customer service.
